Random Freestyle Writing Session 1 part 1

Delia was 24 when she inherited her parent’s farm. Her older brother wanted to live a city life and her parents were too old to work the farm. They had retreated to a smaller house they had owned as a summer cottage since she’d been young. Since she was the only one interested in taking the family business, her parents hadn’t hesitated to give her the property.

Soon, she’d been taking care of everything. The farm house was bigger than she would have liked but she liked it still. Mainly, the farm was an apple orchard. Since very young, she had learned the craft of brewing apple cider. Aside from the 50 trees, she had also a large garden where she grew countless vegetables and a peach tree that looked older than the earth itself. She possessed a few chickens that gave her a steady supply of eggs everyday, a cow that would give milk and an old mare named Mini. Mini was a big animal, a pure Belgian horse, strong and steady and yet calm and collected. She was the perfect workhorse for a farm.

High End Crush (KDrama) Quick Review

High End Crush is a Kdrama about a really rich CEO falling in love with a girl that lives in the woods.

At first, I wasn’t sure about this piece. It’s actually quite short with only 20 episodes of about 15 minutes each. What’s great is that its easy to binge a whole evening with hot choco hiding under 30+ layers of blankets.

Actually, there’s a lot of cheese in this. It kinda looks like a pack of Cheetos. You know, it’s cheese but there’s also the chips factor. What I’m trying to say is that it was pretty enjoyable even if a little cheesy at times. I liked it. A lot more than I thought I would even.

Goblin (KDrama) Quick and Full Review

Hey, it’s Valentine’s Day! Today is special so this week, I’m releasing the review 2 days earlier.

There’s so much I need to talk about right now so I decided that I would do a quick review first and then expend on it. Here I go:

Goblin is a KDrama of 16 episodes haired from December 2016 to January 2017. It is about a really old Goblin who awaits his bride to finally meet his end.

This drama will drop on your hearth like a bomb. The plot was amazing, it was amazingly directed and the cast was just fantastic with such a good chemistry. I would have maybe wished for a different ending but what can you do, this is a tragic love story after all.

The OST was so fantastic. Now, just listening to certain songs can make me cry. This is painful…

I’ve Gotten Emotionally Involved; I’m Screwed

I want to say, I’m pretty much writing this as a reflection to kinda heal myself. I think writing this might make me feel better and empty my head from all those thought.

So, I’ve made the mistake of starting Goblin 2 days ago. I’ve screwed myself. Goblin is a KDrama about, you know, a goblin. Though… I didn’t think this would give me that… I thought I would hate it. I’m stupid. I should never think anything. From now on, I won’t do that anymore.

So, now, basically, this show is giving me the same emotional trip that Love Rain did some months ago. The problem with this is that, when I’m done, I’ll go full hungover mode. This is the bad part of a good part, I think.

But, you see… The thing is that in these moments of complete emptiness, where I feel so empty inside and out, I’m a shit at writing. I have those unbearable writing blocks. I have one right now. I don’t know what to do with Entry 11.

I think I might just go around and clean the whole apartment over. That might do the trick. The other tricks I had won’t work right now because of my arms… So no Diablo III and no overly modded Minecraft to save my soul. Yay~

Goblin is too freaking good, and I hate it because I love it so much that my brain can’t work. Shit! If you need to just forget your reality for a while, it’s always good. The mistake I made is starting it while in the middle of the writing challenge. You know, when I need my brain for other stuff…

I’ll survive. Let’s go clean every crevices of the cave I live in! (Btw, I’m fine. I’m not sad or anything, just angry at myself. Letting the frustration out is good for my blocks. I’m sure Entry 11 will be released before midnight.)

Ookami shoujo to Kuro Ouji (Live action) Quick Review

Ookami shoujo to Kuro Ouji, also known as Wolf Girl and Black Prince, is the story of a girl who asks the “black prince” of the school to be her fake boyfriend.

This is a live action based on the manga of the same name. There is also an anime.

I’m pretty mixed about this one. I liked it but not for the right reasons?

First, I have to say, as a love story, I don’t really like Ookami Shoujo to Kuro Ouji. I’ve started with the anime. I went to the manga. I have finished neither. I just can’t. I don’t understand how a girl could fall in love with such a conceited asshole. I just can’t wrap my head around it.

The Marvelous Cheese Piece

So, I’ve made a new blog. It’s basically, an even quicker quick review blog for cheesy Asian cheesepiece4dramas. Basically, it identifies cheesy content and I also try to rate other stuff. As long as there is a little bit of cheesiness, or just romance in general, it’ll have a place there. There’s no scheduled updates so you can check it out often and use the search engine to find specific titles. I’ll try to keep it updated as much as I can.

So far, there’s only 10 titles in there but I might add much more tomorrow.

Okay, I’m done. Awayyyy~

Kimi Wa Petto (Jdrama) Quick Review

This review has been requested by Leafy. Thanks Leafy!~♥

Kimi Wa Petto is about a 29 year old successful journalist who finds a young man in a box in front of her home and takes him in as her new pet.

This jdrama of 10 episodes was based on a manga of the same name. It was completed in 2003. (Yes, dinosaur phones again!) Once again, I haven’t read the manga. I looked it up, but… Well… You can go and see for yourself…
